How do I complete the assessment?

The assessments can be completed on a desktop, tablet, or mobile device. Create an account to start an assessment. At any point, you can save an assessment and return to it later. However, you cannot change responses after you submit an assessment. You can retake an assessment any time.

How do I access both the Competing Values Management Practices Survey and the Leadership Toolkit Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire?

When you start an assessment, you will be given the option to choose between the Competing Values Management Practices Survey and the Leadership Toolkit Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire. If you chose the wrong assessment on accident, start a new assessment.

How much time will it take to complete?

Each assessment will take 10-20 minutes to complete if you carefully read and answer each question.

What should I do with the results?

The results of the assessment are provided as two reports: a Snapshot Report and the full Assessment Report. If you are participating in First Line Leadership Training, be prepared to reference the assessment results by printing them or saving them to your mobile device.
